Vital North Foundation is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a 30+ year history of developing innovative health programs and investing in the wellbeing of Cook County, MN. Everyday, we work to make Cook County a more healthy and liveable place to visit and call home: a vital community for families across the lifespan. Donations make a crucial difference to our work.

Consistent donations of any amount make a big difference. You can choose from monthly, quarterly, or annual donation options.

One-Time Donation

Make a one time donation by check or through our secure website.

Make A Legacy Gift

Make a planned legacy gift through your trust, will or estate. A planned gift is a lasting investment to champion solutions well into the future. We invite you to leave a legacy for tomorrow by considering planned giving opportunities. At any time, you can meet with the Foundation to plan a legacy gift that best fits you and your family. Memorial Gift

Create a memorial gift in honor of a loved one.

Investment Account

Roll over an investment account as a donation.

Business Sponsorship

Businesses are welcomed to create sponsorships, special events, or payroll deduction programs.

Foundation Home Real Estate Program

The Foundation Home Program is an innovative partnership with local real estate professionals in which a percentage of the commission from select property listings is donated to the Foundation to invest in local health and emergency services.
